We love Phantasm and made a little interview film! The Existential Dread and Friendship of Phantasm

Huge thanks to Without Your Head for sending us to the press day for the Phantasm remaster / Phantasm: Ravager releases. We love the movies so much and wanted to try and discuss some of the themes and the arcs of the Phantasm series, as well as how Ravager is a really nice full circle kind of tale.

So, we created this. It was made from interviews with Don Coscarelli, David Hartman, Reggie Bannister, A. Michael Baldwin, and Kathy Lester. It’s a a sort of news magazine mini-doc exploration of the history and subtext of the Phantasm series, celebrating the remaster of Phantasm and the release of the fifth installment, Phantasm: Ravager.
