Travis, my friend Rich Adkins (from The Cult of Point Break Society), and I went to see Mean Creek at Great Scott on Saturday evening.
Mike has said many nice things about them so I was quite interested to hear them for myself.
Overall, I was quite impressed. Great songs (sorry; I didn’t really catch or remember the names), nice vocal interplay between Chris Keene and Aurore Ounjian as well as some solid harmonica work by Aurore as well.
I’ll most definitely be catching them the next time around.
