This is a BBC sponsored event (presented by WFNX’s New England Product and Performer Magazine) with five of our favorite Boston bands: The Lights Out, Logan 5 and The Runners, Township, Televandals, and DJ Chris Ewen (the man behind the music at TT’s Heroes night) all in support of The New Collisions releasing their first official recorded output. The EP, produced by the incomparable Anthony Resta, guest stars Greg Hawkes (of a little known Boston band called The Cars) — Mr. Hawkes is rumored to be performing with The New Collisions for this show.
