This article originally appears on Boston Band Crush ). Several of us Boston Band Crushers had the great honor of hanging out in the studio during the first-ever Boston Emissions on WZLX. The show, which has moved to ZLX after the demise of WBCN, continues to play the very best local music and feature awesome local bands doing live performances and interviews on the air. It also continues to be hosted by the lovely and dangerous Anngelle Wood. Last week’s show features Boston’s “biggest” band (with its numerous singers), Bang Camaro and included a segment where Rumble semi-finalists Gravehaven took suggestions on the air to find a new, less metal name for the band. The audience of Boston Emissions chimed in and offered several suggestions, which resulted in the final choice of Roman Traffic. Tonight at 10 PM, Roman Traffic again appears on Boston Emissions. So, tune in to 100.7 FM tonight at 10 PM and hear the rock!!!
Here are some in-studio, behind-the-scenes videos of Bang Camaro and Roman Traffic.
