This article originally appears on Boston Band Crush ). Mark Eitzel (most famous for his work with American Music Club) will be at The Lizard Lounge on July 21st with Rick Berlin. I mention this so early because this show is pretty much guaranteed to sell out soon.
It’s perhaps Mark Eitzel’s most intimate-style performance in Boston in a while (ever?). Here’s a similar bit from Noise Pop earlier this year. He performs “The Decibels & The Little Pills,” a song about “a girl on ecstasy he met at the Rickshaw stop.” (That means as much to me as it does to you!)
