Boston Band Crush Archived Article: Academia Crush: CollegeFest 2009

This article originally appears on Boston Band Crush ). Well crushites, last weekend, we here at BBC helped put on “What’s Your Major?” – a 2-night festival of comedy and music where a bunch of older folks pretended like they were in college again. Photos and video from that shindig should be arriving by courier any moment now.  Until then, I figured I best tell you about some rock and/or roll aimed at some real college kids.

CollegeFest 2009 happens this weekend in Boston

Saturday, September 26th, 12PM – 7PM
Sunday, September 27th, 12PM – 6PM

Tickets for Sale here.

Hynes Convention Center
900 Boylston Street
Boston, MA 02215

They also note: Dress Code Comfortable and Casual…no suits!  If I were not busy with so much other great music this weekend including the Mark Sandman Memorial Concert, I’d show up in a suit with a video camera to film myself being denied entry for not being comfortable and casual enough. That’s how I roll. But I digress…
