1. The Motion Sick was selected by SPIN as one of the “Undiscovered Bands Worth a Listen” and we were featured in their radio show showcasing these bands on WFNX. There is a super-secret bootleg copy of the radio show on over here. In addition to that WFNX spotlight, we were just recently featured on WBCN’s Boston Emissions radio show. On 3/8, we will be the live guests on WAAF’s Bay State Rock – We’ll be performing a 4-song acoustic set and doing an interview between 11:00 PM and Midnight.
2. Matt and Mike appeared on the local video magazine Boston Music Seen for an in-depth interview and a wacky live performance of “30 Lives”
3. This Friday (3/6), The Motion Sick headlines a ridiculously stacked bill known as “5 on 6” – We’re playing with some of the absolute best and hottest current local bands. There are no real openers in this lineup, it’s the kind of night where you want to arrive by 9 and leave only when the walls have caved in from the rock!
