Duncan Wilder Johnson, the charismatic and terrifying frontman for Destruct-a-thon is soon going out on a spoken word tour around the release of his new book (out on Cabildo Press), which explores his discovery of the music and culture of punk rock.

From the press release:
“”How I Fell In Love With Punk Rock” is the story of how spoken word performer/musician Duncan Wilder Johnson discovered the genre,
subculture, and “Do It Yourself” ethos. Raised in rural Massachusetts, Duncan chronicles his evolution from skateboarding to hearing classic punk bands like The Ramones and Minor Threat. He
writes about his experiences with 90’s Hardcore, performing
monologues, and opening for Punk legend Jim Carroll.”
