I did already post this on Facebook and enjoyed much reaction there, but I thought this deserved a whole blog post!
In what was probably the greatest thing to happen since my niece asked if I was a pirate, a woman came up to me as I was walking out of the T station and told me that her little sister (as in Big Sisters Org.) made something for me and wanted me to have it. On her little bear pad, she had drawn a bear version of me while riding on the train. The little girl was super shy and barely made eye contact with me as I thanked her for her excellent work.
