Friends of TEN: Help put an Edgar Allan Poe bust at the Boston Public Library!

Check out this very worthwhile project to bring a life-sized bronze bust of Edgar Allan Poe to the Boston Public Library. It has already been backed by Guillermo del Toro and us, so you’ll be in good company!


In addition to the statue, filmmaker Izzy Lee and bust sculptor Bryan Moore are bringing Dennis Paoli’s Nevermore: An Evening With Edgar Allan Poe featuring Jeffrey Combs (Re-Animator, various Star Trek roles, etc.) as Poe to The Somerville Theatre.

The bust unveiling is slated for the evening of October 30, 2014 in the Boston Public Library’s Abbey Room, and “Nevermore: An Evening With Edgar Allan Poe,” will be performed (one night only) at the Somerville Theatre on October 31, 2014.
