Simone de Boudoir as Naga
About Simone: Simone is a dancer, actress, and aerialist with a literary bent. She can be found dangling from her ankles in The Slutcracker and wreaking arachnid havoc in the upcoming 2016 production of Spider Cult: The Musical.
What excites me the most about BotT: I spent my teenage years voraciously reading about horror movies that I was too afraid to watch, so I’m very excited to follow in the footsteps (fangprints?) of the 70s Hammer films, which apparently were great?
What scares me the most: Religion. Also, becoming old and infirm. ALSO, cockroaches. I feel like I’ve really covered my bases here.
Favorite vampire: Claudia from Interview With a Vampire. Having been turned into a vampire as a child, she is driven mad because her body remains childlike even as she passes, mentally, into pubescence and adulthood. I find that struggle fascinating and–frankly–sexy. Because I am terrible.
Anything else you’d like to add: No. I am spent.
